Christmas lights, the Brechin way

Brechin is the eastern edge of our lighting map — and we make the drive. Out here the story is the Lake Simcoe east shore: the canal homes of Lagoon City, with their long waterfront frontages and boat-side sightlines, and the lake-and-golf places in Bayshore Village that light up for the road and the water both. Through the village of Brechin itself and the country properties along Ramara Road and Highway 12, it’s classic warm-white on farmhouse rooflines and tall front-yard trees — the kind of peaks that look their best lit and can’t be reached safely off a ladder.

Brechin tip: we’re at the far end of the run out here, so prime install dates go early. Book by October for the best date and the 20% Early Elf returning-client discount. Lights can go up early and stay dark until you’re ready.

What it costs and what’s included

$8 per linear foot, all-inclusive — design, commercial-grade LEDs custom-cut to your home (you never buy anything), installation, free 48-hour in-season maintenance under our No-Lights-Out Guarantee, takedown after the season, and storage at our shop until next year. Most Brechin and Ramara homes land between $800 and $3,500, with the average around $1,500. And 5% of every install goes to The Lighthouse in Orillia.
