Tiny is beach-and-cottage country — Balm Beach, Woodland Beach, Bluewater, and up through Lafontaine — where a lot of homes are seasonal and lake-facing, and the ones lit for the holidays glow right down to the water. Being a township of cottages is actually a lighting advantage: you don’t have to be here. Most of our Tiny installs go up while owners are still in the city, ready to shine the moment they arrive. Big treed lots and detached garages give us room to do something memorable — and the early Georgian Bay winter is the reason to have a pro on the ladder, not you.
Tiny tip: seasonal place? You don’t need to be there — we install while you’re away and it’s lit for your first weekend up. Prime dates fill by early November; returning clients get 20% off October installs.
What it costs and what’s included
$8 per linear foot, all-inclusive — design, commercial-grade LEDs custom-cut to your home (you never buy anything), installation, free 48-hour in-season maintenance under our No-Lights-Out Guarantee, takedown after the season, and storage at our shop until next year. Most homes land between $800 and $3,500, with the average around $1,500. And 5% of every install goes to The Lighthouse in Orillia.
