Christmas lights, the Coldwater way
Coldwater is a proper small Ontario village — a historic main street and mill that already looks like a Christmas card — and the homes here wear traditional warm-white beautifully. The heritage places along the river and the century homes off the main street have the kind of trim, porches, and gables that a custom-cut design flatters and a strand of store-bought lights fights. Out in the surrounding Severn and Medonte country lots, long tree lines and detached garages give us room to do something memorable — and to keep you off a ladder over frozen ground.
Coldwater tip: prime install dates fill by early November, and returning clients get the 20% Early Elf discount for October installs. Lights can go up early and stay dark until you’re ready.
What it costs and what’s included
$8 per linear foot, all-inclusive — design, commercial-grade LEDs custom-cut to your home (you never buy anything), installation, free 48-hour in-season maintenance under our No-Lights-Out Guarantee, takedown after the season, and storage at our shop until next year. Most Coldwater homes land between $800 and $3,500, with the average around $1,500. And 5% of every install goes to The Lighthouse in Orillia.
