Ballpark budget (optional) — knowing roughly what you have in mind lets us design to it from the start.

When would you like them up (optional) — we can install early and leave them dark until you’re ready, so earlier windows are easier to get.

How a lighting quote works

There’s no instant number for Christmas lights, because every display is designed for one home — yours. What happens instead takes about a day:

  1. You send the form above. Name, address, and how to reach you. Under a minute, and nothing is committed.
  2. Blair designs it himself, from photos of your home and footage of the street. Every design on this site is his; lighting is not quoted by anyone else.
  3. You see a mockup of your own home, lit, before you agree to anything — usually with two or three options at different levels of coverage, so you are choosing rather than saying yes or no to a single number.

That comes back within one business day.

What the price covers

Lighting is priced at $8 per linear foot, all-inclusive. Most homes land between $800 and $3,500, with the average around $1,500 — it depends on how much of the home you light, not on how long the job takes. One price, and it includes:

  • The design, mocked up on a photo of your home
  • Commercial-grade LEDs, custom-cut to your rooflines and trees — you never buy the lights
  • Installation, by an insured crew, with every ladder ours
  • A digital timer with battery backup, so the display runs itself all season
  • In-season maintenance under the No-Lights-Out Guarantee — a failed bulb or strand repaired free within 48 hours, and you don’t need to spot it first
  • Takedown once the season is over
  • Storage of your lights at our shop until next year

Changing colours or patterns next season costs nothing. The lights come back cut to the same house.

If you go ahead

A 50% deposit books your install date and the balance is due on install day. Lights can go up early and stay dark until you’re ready — the neighbours never know — which is why earlier install windows are both easier to get and easier on everyone.
