Christmas Lighting · Midland, ON
Christmas Lighting in Midland.
Full-service Christmas lights for Midland homes — from the brick century homes off King Street to the newer streets above Little Lake and the places out toward Midland Point. Custom design, commercial LEDs, maintenance, takedown, and storage, all in one price.
Christmas lights, the Midland way
Midland is a Georgian Bay harbour town, and it has two lighting stories: the heritage streets and the water. Downtown and off King Street, century brick homes and painted-trim heritage places have exactly the gables, porches, and rooflines that a custom-cut design flatters — and that a strand of clearance lights makes look tired. Up above Little Lake and out toward Midland Point and the shore, newer and seasonal homes sit on bigger lots with tall peaks facing the bay — the double-sightline spots, lit for the street and the water both. And because winter blows in off Georgian Bay early, an October install that stays dark until you’re ready beats a frozen December ladder every time.
Midland tip: prime install dates fill by early November, and returning clients get the 20% Early Elf discount for October installs. Lights can go up early and stay dark until you’re ready.
What it costs and what’s included
$8 per linear foot, all-inclusive — design, commercial-grade LEDs custom-cut to your home (you never buy anything), installation, free 48-hour in-season maintenance under our No-Lights-Out Guarantee, takedown after the season, and storage at our shop until next year. Most Midland homes land between $800 and $3,500, with the average around $1,500. And 5% of every install goes to The Lighthouse in Orillia.

“Incredible service - they installed our Christmas lights this year, and we’re never going back to installing them ourselves! Beautifully designed and executed.”
“The lights are gorgeous. Blair and his team did an amazing installation. Very professional. They look exactly like the mock up sent with the quote. I will use them again next year.”
