How the instant quote works

Three questions, about a minute, and a real number on the screen. A real price in one minute — no email needed.

1. Your address. It tells us which home we’re pricing — it doesn’t change what you pay, because we price by home size. If you’re near the edge of our area we’ll say so when we call, not after the work.
2. The size of your home. We price in square-footage bands, not per window and not per hour — so two houses the same size pay the same, and nobody gets a number that depends on how long a job happens to take.
3. What you’d like done. Pick the services and the price updates as you go. You can add or drop things and watch the number move before you commit to anything.

What that number actually means

The quote is the price. It is not an opening estimate, and there is no upsell at the door — the figure you see is what appears on the invoice for the work you selected. If we get to your home and something genuinely changes the job, you hear about it before we start, not after.

If you’re not absolutely happy with our work, tell us — we’ll come back and make it right. That’s not fine print; it’s how we’ve operated since day one.

What it prices, and what we quote by hand

The tool prices window cleaning (exterior, or in & out), screens, house washing, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, deck and fence cleaning, and concrete or patio cleaning. Exterior window cleaning starts at $250, house washing at $350, and gutter cleaning at $175 — the full band-by-band breakdown is on our pricing page.

Three things aren’t in it, and all three are deliberate:

• Homes over 5,000 sq ft (Estate). Above the bands a house stops being typical, so it gets a real look and a quote from Blair rather than a number from a table.
• Christmas lighting. Every display is designed for the specific roofline, so it’s quoted from a photo and a measurement — ask for a lighting quote.
• Commercial work. Storefronts, plazas and property management are quoted individually — see commercial services.
