What Tiny does to siding

Tiny’s shoreline takes the full force of Georgian Bay’s prevailing westerlies — wind-driven spray, sand, and organic grime that build into a dull film on the bay side of beach homes. Cottages a row or two back don’t escape either: the tree cover that makes the beach roads so pleasant keeps walls shaded and damp, and green algae film follows within a couple of seasons.

Seasonal properties have the classic cottage problem — grime compounds between visits. A place that gets closed up in October and opened in May skips the regular rinses a year-round home gets, so mildew, pollen, and spider droppings accumulate in layers. Inland around Wyevale and the concession roads, add gravel-road dust to the mix.

Tiny tip: the start of the season is the natural time — one soft wash at opening and the cottage looks right for the summer. We can pair it with exterior windows and gutter clearing in one visit — the whole exterior handled in a single trip while we’re already out to the beach.

How we wash houses in Tiny

Soft washing works on chemistry, not pressure: detergents kill the algae and mildew at the root, and a gentle rinse carries everything away. That matters on cottages, where exteriors are often a patchwork of vinyl, painted wood, and older materials that a pressure washer would damage. Siding, soffits, eaves, and trim come back even and clean, and we’re careful around gardens and cedar hedges while we work.

Where we work in Tiny Township

Balm Beach, Woodland Beach, Bluewater Beach, Lafontaine and Lafontaine Beach, Perkinsfield, Wyevale, and the shore roads between — plus Midland, Penetanguishene, and the rest of north Simcoe.

“The Simcoe ProClean team did an excellent job! My vinyl siding is back to it's original blue and white trim is sparkling. They were polite and put everything back the way it was. I didn't think anyone could remove 19 years worth of grime, but they did! I…”
