Who shows up
You’ll know who’s in the truck
No subcontractors, no strangers — the people you book are the people who arrive, and you’ll get a text when we’re on the way.
Your visit, minute by minute
- The night before — a reminder text with your arrival window, so nothing about the day is a surprise.
- On the way — a text when we’re heading to you. If you’re not home, that’s fine: most exterior visits happen while clients are out.
- Walk-around first — we confirm the scope matches the quote before anything gets wet. If something doesn’t need doing, it comes off the bill, not on it.
- The work — gardens pre-soaked and rinsed, gates closed behind us, equipment on our mats, music off. Your place should feel like ours never happened — except cleaner.
- The finish — a final walk-through with you if you’re home; photos of the completed work texted to you either way.
- After — 50% deposit books your date; the balance is due only when the work is done and you’re happy with it. Anything not right? We come back, free.

5% of every Christmas lighting sale goes to The Lighthouse in Orillia, which provides meals, housing, and mental-health support to people experiencing homelessness.

We live here, so we clean here: Orillia, Barrie, Oro-Medonte, Coldwater, Severn, Springwater, Midland, Victoria Harbour, and the neighbouring parts of Simcoe County.
Why a loon? Because it’s the bird you actually hear up here — and a loon in a Tilley hat is about the most Georgian Bay thing we could put on the side of a van. If the green van on Highway 12 is the thing you remember rather than the name, that’s the idea.
