The honest version
What the work is really like
It's outdoor, hands-on work in every season — windows, house washing, gutters, roofs, decks, pressure washing, and christmas lighting through the winter. Some days are hot, some are cold, and a lot of them involve ladders. You'd be face-to-face with customers, so being friendly and reliable matters as much as being good with your hands. We're a small, local, family-run crew — not a franchise — so what you do genuinely shapes how Nord is known around Simcoe County. We carry $2 million in liability insurance and full WSIB coverage, and we look after our people.
