The stains pressure alone won’t fix
Some stains shrug off a pressure washer no matter how hard you push: rust from fertilizer granules, a leaky battery, or a rusted chimney streaking the wall below; oil and grease drips on the driveway; the white mineral bloom (efflorescence) that creeps out of brick and concrete; soot around a chimney or fire pit. Blasting them just spreads them around.
Each one comes off with a targeted treatment — rust dissolvers, degreasers, salt-neutralizing washes — applied, left to dwell, agitated, and rinsed. One honest note: oil is the trickiest of the bunch. Fresh stains usually lift well; old ones fade rather than vanish, and no honest company guarantees them.
