What the plan is
We book you into the right window each season — after the pollen in spring, after leaf-fall in autumn — and confirm before we come. You never have to remember, call, or re-quote.
Member pricing is 20% below one-time pricing on your window cleans, billed per visit with nothing upfront. Want inside glass too? Add the interior once a year.
Members only: if rain or weather dirties your exterior windows within 7 days of a plan visit, we re-clean the outside glass free. In writing, no arguing with the sky.

Honestly: only if you'd have the windows cleaned anyway. If you're already a twice-a-year household, the plan is the same service at 20% off — a medium home saves about $118 a year on the windows alone, before member pricing on anything else. If you clean the windows once every few years, one-time pricing is the better fit, and that's fine too.
Twice a year suits most Simcoe County homes: spring after the pollen drops, and fall once the leaves are down. Homes near gravel roads, farms, or open water often benefit from a third visit — members add one at member pricing whenever they like.

Rain itself rarely spots pure-water-cleaned glass — spots come from minerals, and rain is relatively pure. But plan members get it in writing anyway: the 7-Day Weather Guarantee means if weather dirties your exterior windows within 7 days of a plan visit, we re-clean the outside glass free.
Not for exterior visits — most members aren't. We confirm before heading out and message you when the job's done. For the optional annual interior clean we just need a way in: a door code works, or meet us at the start.
