Prices in this industry usually hide behind a phone call. Ours don't: flat-rate by home size, the same for everyone, with the exact figure from our instant quote tool before you book. No surprises is a feature.
The numbers
Ranges run from the smallest homes (under 1,000 sq ft) to the largest we price instantly (up to 5,000 sq ft). Your exact number takes about a minute in the quote tool.
Pure-water, spot-free. Priced by home size.
Interior glass, tracks, and sills; screens always included.
Siding, soffits, eaves & trim. Heavy growth or delicate surfaces can add 25–30%.
Cleared by hand, downspouts flushed and checked.
Soft-wash moss & algae treatment, quoted from satellite imagery.
Decks, fences & railings — wood-safe wash & brighten, priced by deck/fence area.
Concrete, pavers & stone — graduated rates, big areas cost less per foot. Asphalt gets a gentler detergent wash, quoted separately.
Pure-water, warranty-safe cleaning. A couple of photos gets you a firm number.
All-in: design, lights, install, maintenance, takedown, storage.

Pricing questions
Because we think you should know where you stand before you ever talk to us. Flat-rate, published pricing means the price is the price — the same for every home of the same size. That's what taking responsibility for the experience looks like.
Home size, mainly — we price in square-footage bands, not per window or per hour. House washing can add 25–30% for heavy organic growth or delicate surfaces like stucco and painted wood. Very large and estate homes get a custom quote.
The one discount we offer is membership. Join the NordCare Plan and you save 20% on your window subscription and 10% on every other service, spring and fall, year-round. Book any service on its own and you pay list price.
For most homes they're exact — the instant quote tool gives you a firm number in about a minute. A few tiers show "from" pricing, and the very largest homes are quoted custom. Either way, you approve the number before we book anything.
