By the job, flat-rate by home size — you see the price before you book, and it doesn’t change because something took longer than expected. That’s our problem, not yours.

Our smallest standalone jobs start around $185 (a compact home’s gutter clean). Every service can be booked on its own at list price. The one way to save is the NordCare Plan — members get 20% off their window subscription and 10% off every other service, spring and fall, year-round.

Not for exterior work — most clients aren’t. We confirm before we head out and let you know when the job’s done. For interior window cleaning we just need a way in: many clients leave a door code or meet us at the start.

A 50% deposit books your date on the schedule; the balance is due only when the work is done and you’re happy with it — backed by the 100% Happiness Guarantee. Card (through our secure client hub) or e-transfer are easiest. No surprises, ever.

Exterior-only cleans cover all outside glass; In & Out cleans add interior glass, tracks, and sills — and screen cleaning is always bundled in at no extra charge. Most panes get the traditional scrubber-and-squeegee craft by hand; for upper storeys we use a pure-water pole system that gets equal-or-better results (frames included) without a ladder against your home.

Yes — that’s the point of it. We pre-soak gardens and rinse throughout the job, and the low-pressure method never forces water behind siding or strips paint. It’s safe for vinyl, brick, stucco, aluminum, and painted wood, including heritage exteriors.

Because scraping live-rooted moss off shingles damages them. Our soft-wash treatment kills the moss at the root; the dead material then dries up and sheds naturally over the following weeks and months. Slower, but it’s the method shingle manufacturers actually recommend.

Very little — we handle screens, ladders, and hoses. It helps to move patio furniture away from work areas, take delicate items off interior sills if we’re doing inside glass, and leave outside water access on. We’ll remind you of anything specific when we confirm your booking.

Rain itself rarely spots pure-water-cleaned glass — spots come from minerals, and rain is relatively pure. But if any fresh work of ours doesn’t look right, for any reason, tell us: the 100% Happiness Guarantee means we come back and make it right. NordCare members get it in writing as the 7-Day Weather Guarantee: weather dirties your exterior windows within 7 days of a plan visit, and we re-clean the outside glass free.

Yes — we carry $2 million in liability insurance and full WSIB coverage, and we’re happy to provide documentation before any work begins. WSIB matters more than most homeowners realize: it means you carry no personal liability if someone is injured working on your property. It’s a fair question to ask anyone working on your home, and we’re glad when people do.
