By the job, flat-rate by home size — you see the price before you book, and it doesn’t change because something took longer than expected. That’s our problem, not yours.

Our smallest standalone jobs start around $200 (a compact home’s gutter clean). Every service can be booked on its own at list price. The one way to save is the NordCare Plan — members get $50 off every window visit, plus 10% off every other service, spring and fall, year-round.

Not for exterior work — most clients aren’t. We confirm before we head out and let you know when the job’s done. For interior window cleaning we just need a way in: many clients leave a door code or meet us at the start.

Our exterior window season runs to the end of October. Past that, cold glass and freezing equipment make for a clean we wouldn’t stand behind, so we stop rather than do it badly. Gutter cleaning carries on later — to about mid-November — because it’s a different job. Book your fall windows before the end of October, or let the NordCare Plan hold the date for you automatically.

Exterior-only cleans cover all outside glass; In & Out cleans add interior glass, tracks, and sills, and cost exactly twice the exterior price. Screen cleaning is an optional add-on on either one — priced by home size and shown on your quote, so you can see it before you decide. Most panes get the traditional scrubber-and-squeegee craft by hand; for many upper storeys we use a pure-water pole system that gets equal-or-better results (frames included) from the ground, and where a pane needs hand-detailing we ladder up safely and fully insured.

Yes — that’s the point of it. We pre-soak gardens and rinse throughout the job, and the low-pressure method never forces water behind siding or strips paint. It’s safe for vinyl, brick, stucco, aluminum, and painted wood, including heritage exteriors.

Because scraping live-rooted moss off shingles damages them. Our soft-wash treatment kills the moss at the root; the dead material then dries up and sheds naturally over the following weeks and months. Slower, but it’s the method shingle manufacturers actually recommend.

Very little — we bring the ladders, hoses, and everything else. It helps to move patio furniture away from work areas, take delicate items off interior sills if we’re doing inside glass, and leave outside water access on. We’ll remind you of anything specific when we confirm your booking.

Rain itself rarely spots pure-water-cleaned glass — spots come from minerals, and rain is relatively pure. But if any fresh work of ours doesn’t look right, for any reason, tell us: the 100% Happiness Guarantee means we come back and make it right. NordCare members get it in writing as the 7-Day Weather Guarantee: weather dirties your exterior windows within 7 days of a plan visit, and we re-clean the outside glass free.

Yes — we carry $2 million in liability insurance and full WSIB coverage, and we’re happy to provide documentation before any work begins. WSIB matters more than most homeowners realize: it means you carry no personal liability if someone is injured working on your property. It’s a fair question to ask anyone working on your home, and we’re glad when people do.
