Pressure Washing · Severn, ON
Pressure Washing in Severn.
Driveways, walkways, patios, and steps across Severn Township — surface-cleaned to an even finish, with the algae and weeds lifted out of the joints. No zebra-striping.
Before & after
Real pressure washing jobs, before and after.
Not renders, not stock photos — actual Simcoe County homes, shot before we started and after the water dried.
What Severn does to hardscape
Concrete and pavers in Severn go green before they go grey. Shade from the pines, humidity off the water, and a long damp spring mean algae takes hold on the north side of everything — walkways, patio pavers, the shaded half of a driveway, and especially the steps down toward the water. Under a wet leaf mat it happens faster still.
Slipperiness is the part worth acting on. A shaded interlock path or a set of waterfront steps with a season of algae on it is genuinely dangerous when wet, and it doesn’t look dangerous until you’re on it.
The other Severn pattern is joint growth. Long rural driveways and paver patios collect enough organic debris in the seams to become a seedbed — moss first, then grass and weeds — which forces the joints apart over time.
How we pressure wash in Severn
Surface cleaners, not a bare wand. A wand in a hurry leaves zebra-striping — those arcing light-and-dark bands that never fully wash out. A surface cleaner covers the slab evenly, edge to edge, so it looks cleaned rather than scoured.
We lift embedded dirt, algae, and the growth in the cracks. Steps, walkways, patios, pavers, and driveways all get the same treatment, matched to what the surface can take.
One honest note on the hard cases: rust from fertilizer or a rusted downspout, oil drips, and the white mineral bloom that creeps out of concrete are separate problems from dirt, and pressure alone won’t fix any of them. Each needs its own chemistry. Fresh oil usually lifts well; old oil fades rather than vanishes, and no honest company guarantees it. A photo of the stain is all we need for a firm number — text it to (705) 242-4888.
