Window Cleaning in Oro-Medonte.
Streak-free window cleaning across Oro-Medonte — from Shanty Bay and Hawkestone on the Lake Simcoe shore up to Horseshoe Valley, Braestone, and Sugarbush in the hills. Big rural glass, forest lots, and hard well water are exactly what our method is built for.
Before & after
A real window cleaning job, before and after.
Not renders, not stock photos — actual Simcoe County homes, shot before we started and after the water dried.
Why Oro-Medonte windows get dirty the way they do
Oro-Medonte homes tend to have two things in common: lots of glass and lots of trees. The newer estate builds around Horseshoe Valley, Braestone, and Sugarbush are designed around their views — tall great-room windows, transoms, and walkouts backing onto forest. That forest delivers a heavy spring pollen drop and a summer of sap film, and those two-and-three-storey panes are unreachable without either scaffolding or a water-fed pole. That’s when we bring out our pure-water pole system — from the ground, glass and frames both.
The township’s other quirk is hard well water. Sprinklers and hose-downs leave mineral spotting that etches into glass over time — the white haze that won’t wipe off. Our de-ionised pure-water process is the antidote: it dissolves fresh mineral deposits and dries at 0 ppm, leaving nothing behind. Down on the Lake Simcoe shore in Shanty Bay and Hawkestone, add the usual waterfront film and insect traffic to the list.
Oro-Medonte tip: if your windows get sprinkler spray, ask us about adjusting coverage before the mineral spotting sets permanently — caught early, pure water pulls it right off.
How we clean windows in Oro-Medonte
Reachable glass gets the traditional hand craft — scrubber and squeegee, inside and out. The big stuff — three-storey walkout backs, tall transoms — often gets our pure-water pole system: spot-free from the ground, keeping ladders off the landscaping where we can. For estate homes we quote by the home, not by the pane, so there are no surprises.
